BILLINGS, Mont. -- The University of Providence's men's and women's cross-country programs traveled to Billings, Mont. for the Rocky Mountain College Open.
The first collegiate runner across the finish line for the women and taking home the individual title was Alyssa Becker who finished the 6k course in 21:06.0. Freshman
Kelsey Plymale was the first Argo to finish coming in at 23:09.3. Plymale set a new personal record with her 23:09.3 shaving almost two minutes off her previous best.
On the men's side the first runner to finish was Jackson Wilson of Rocky Mountain College who finished the 8k course in 24:17.1. The first Argo finisher was freshman
Zoran LaFrombois who set a new personal best finishing in 26:52.6 and juniorÂ
Ciaran Molloy finished immediately after at 26:53.3.

Joe Gilman and freshman
Brandon Clingan also set personal records finishing back-to-back at 30:39.3 and 30:43.9. Junior
Jon Johanson finished at 30:59.7 for a new personal best and junior
Noah Aparicio set a new seasonal best finishing at 33:36.0.
The Argos will be back in action on Friday, Oct. 14, when they travel to Lewiston, Idaho.Â
