GREAT FALLS, Mont. – The University of Providence men's hockey program travels to Utah for three games in three days on Oct. 3-5. The Argos will face Weber State in Ogden on Thursday at 7:15 p.m., Utah State in Logan on Friday at 7:00 p.m., and the University of Utah in Salt Lake on Saturday at 4:30 p.m.

Last Time Out
The Argos began their season with three wins over MSU-Denver, Colorado State, and the University of Denver on their opening weekend in Great Falls. A dominant 7-2 victory over MSU-Denver began the weekend and a pair of one-goal wins via 5-4 and 3-2 secured the sweep for the Argos.

Weber State
Last season Weber State finished as the #2 ranked team in the West Region just ahead of the Argos #3 ranking. UP and the Wildcats met three times in 2023-2024 with UP winning all three contests by a combined score of 19-9.

Utah State
Utah State was ranked #5 in the West Region at the end of last season with a record of 21-14-1. UP faced the Aggies three times in 2023-2024 where they went 1-2 including a 3-2 loss in the MWCHL championship game.

University of Utah
Utah was ranked #19 in the West Region at the end of last season with a record of 22-12-1. UP has only faced Utah once in program history when they defeated the Utes 4-4 (5-4) in overtime in Salt Lake City, Utah on 11/17/2023.
