BILLINGS, Mont. – The University of Providence men's wrestling program blanked MSU-Northern Thursday night defeating the Lights 39-0.

Redshirt freshman Dre Coles started it off for the Argos defeating Kolten Powers 5-3 and redshirt freshman Tristan Bremer followed it up with a 15-0 TF victory over Leo Anderson.

The Argos would pick up another pair of decision victories with Dante Reviglio defeating Colin Silverthorn 7-2 and #15 redshirt freshman Jalen Vladic defeating Georgino Moragao 8-3.

At 157 #13 sophomore Aden Graves needed overtime to defeat Justin Windauer, but after being down 2-1 and needing at least one point in thirty seconds, Graves was able to come away with a clutch reversal in the closing moments to take the match 3-2.

#4 freshman Pig Hobbs made it six in a row for the Argos defeating #15 Devin Crawford 6-5 and at 174 #6 sophomore Abel Nava Jr. produced the highlight of the night taking down #2 Nakoda Siegel 1-0.

#13 redshirt senior Alan Badley and #5 sophomore Sawyer Hobbs also picked up ranked wins defeating #7 Austin Vanek and #23 Carl Hansen, and #2 redshirt senior KC Buday closed out the night with a 17-1 TF victory over Shane Mattson.

The Argos will be back in action Feb. 16 when they travel to LaGrande, Ore. Wrestlers will be competing throughout the day at the Cascade Collegiate Conference tournament.
