2025-2026: Lauren earned All-American status in the Shot Put at the NAIA Indoor Track and Field Championships. In the outdoor season Cima earned All-American status in the Hammer Throw with a fourth-place finish to earn her third All-American after becoming a two-time Frontier Conference Champion in the Hammer. 

2024-2025: Lauren earned All-American status in the Shot Put at the NAIA Outdoor Track and Field Championships after being crowned the Frontier Conference Champion in the Shot Put and Hammer Throw. In her freshman season, Cima became the first athlete in program history to qualify for all three throwing events at the NAIA Outdoor National Championships. 

Before Providence: Lauren competed in basketball, volleyball, and track and field while at Harrison High School.
