Biography

2023-2024: Abel was ranked as high as #3 in the NAIA and finished his sophomore season with a record of 21-4 and earned his first career All-American status with a third-place finish at 174. 

Before UP: Played soccer and wrestled in HS. Earned 4x All-League award.
