Biography

AS AN ARGO – 2014-15: In his fourth season with the Argo program. 2013-14: Finished fifth at 165 at the NAIA national tournament to earn All-American honors. 2012-13: Was a member of the program. 2011-12: Was a member of the program.

BEFORE UGF: Earned four letters in wrestling and two in cross country while competing for the Flathead (Mont.) High Braves… Team won four straight Class AA team titles from 2007-10.

PERSONAL: Majoring in wildlife biology… Enjoys hunting and fishing… Born Shawn Lau in Kalispell, Mont.
