Cole Mendenhall

Cole Mendenhall enters his 11th season as an assistant coach for the University of Providence men's wrestling program, where he has played a vital role in building one of the NAIA's premier wrestling programs. A Great Falls native and former NCAA Division I wrestler, Mendenhall brings a wealth of competitive experience, technical expertise, and a deep commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the mat.

A 2012 graduate of Great Falls High School, Mendenhall was a standout wrestler for the Bison before continuing his career at the University of Wyoming. Competing at the NCAA Division I level, he developed the discipline, toughness, and technical foundation that have become hallmarks of his coaching style. After his collegiate career, he returned to his hometown to begin coaching, where he has spent more than a decade mentoring wrestlers at every stage of their development.
