University of Providence Athletics

Williams is entering her fourth season as the assistant coach for the Argos. Williams played for coach Joey Egan for two years at UP and graduated with her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. After graduating, Karsten became a graduate assistant for the softball program and earned her master’s in organizational leadership. 

Prior to her career at Providence, Williams was a four-year starter at Alta high school in Sandy, Utah where she led her team to two regional championships. During the summer, Williams coaches the local Falls Fusion 18u Gold team.  

In her free time, Karsten enjoys being outdoors, going to sporting events, hiking, boating, and spending time with her family and friends.
