HAVRE, Mont.- Bailey Cartwright scored 20 points as the University of Providence defeated Corbin University 86-63. Four Argos scored in double digits, Bailey with 20, Parker Esary 14, Emilee Maldonado 17, and Jenna Randich chipped in with 10.

"I was really happy the way we spread the ball around. We had 29 field goals with 22 assists. That is very unselfish play and I like it," Coach Bill Himmelberg commented about the contest Saturday afternoon.

Corbin University led at halftime in a low scoring contest, 18-16, but a big third quarter for the Argos outscoring the Warriors 21-11 made the difference in the contest.

The University of Providence Women's team will be at home Friday, November 22 when they play Dickinson State in an afternoon match up at 12 PM.
