CHANDLER, Arizona- The Cactus Classic featuring five teams from the Frontier Conference saw University of Providence pick up a win Saturday Night. They defeated Marian Knights a top 10 team in the Division 2 Crossroads League.

Argos where led in scoring by Brandon Cotton and Zaccheus Darko-Kelly both with 17. Not too far behind was Joel Thabize and Jaxen Hashley chipping in 13 apiece.  

 "We got off to an early lead and maintained that lead into the locker room at halftime," said Coach Keller. Argos led at halftime 46-32 and finished the game with a 91-74 victory.

The Knights were led in scoring by Cameron Wolter who had 19 point on the loss in Arizona.

Next game for the University of Providence men will be a Monday afternoon contest against Park Gilbert.
