LEWISTON, Idaho. -- The University of Providence's men's and women's cross-country programs traveled to Lewiston, Idaho for the LC State Invitational Saturday afternoon.
The first collegiate runner across the finish line for the women and taking home the individual title was Katja Pattis who finished the 5k course in 17:01. Freshman
Kelsey Plymale was the first Argo to finish coming in at 18:47. Plymale set a new personal record with her 18:47 shaving over one minute off her previous best.
On the men's side the first runner to finish was Robert Swoboda of Corban University who finished the 8k course in 23:54. The first Argo finisher was freshman
Zoran LaFrombois who set a new personal best finishing in 26:35. JuniorÂ
Ciaran Molloy finished second for the Argos at 28:14.

Brandon Clingan also set personal records finishing back-to-back at 30:10 and 30:11.
The Argos will be back in action on Thursday, Oct. 19, when they travel to Havre, Mont. Â
