GREAT FALLS, Mont. -- The University of Providence men's hockey program travels to Utah for the Beehive Showcase on Nov. 16-19. The Argos will face Weber State on Thursday, Utah on Friday, Colorado State on Saturday, and Utah State on Sunday.

Head coach Christian Vivian on this weekend's matchups stated, "The Beehive is an awesome showcase, and we are happy to be apart of it again. Huge thank you to Jon Eccles and Yosh Ryujin for putting it on, along with a lot of others that work extremely hard over the long weekend. A lot of the top teams from around the west meet out in Utah and it's a good chance to play four highly competitive games. We get to face a few conference and non-conference opponents that should make for a competitive weekend as we try to make our way up the rankings."

Last Time Out
The Argos split their pair of games with #10 the University of Montana last weekend. Senior's Braden Bain and Ty Alger each scored two in the victory on Friday, and freshman AJ Belanger and senior Jakob Stevenson scored the two goals in the loss on Saturday.  

Season Leaders
Freshman Adam Husli is the goal leader after scoring eight so far this season. Husli also has the third most points on the team with 13. Stevenson is tied for second on the team in goals with six and has the most points on the team with 18. Freshman Chris Fines is the save leader for the Argos, tallying 209 in five games so far this season.

Weber State
The Wildcats were ranked #4 in the West in the latest ACHA rankings. Weber State is 8-7 so far this season and are coming off a 5-2 victory over the Univ. of Utah their last time out. The first meeting this season between UP and Weber State saw the Argos come away with an 8-5 victory.

University of Utah
Utah is 9-9 so far this season and are coming off a 5-2 victory over Utah State their last time out. This will be the first meeting in program history between the Utes and the Argos.

Colorado State University
The Rams are 4-4 so far this year and are coming off a 5-1 loss to the Univ. of Denver their last time out. This will also be the first match up in program history between the Rams and the Argos.

Utah State
The Aggies were ranked #3 in the West in the latest ACHA rankings. Utah State is 10-4 so far this season and are coming off a 5-2 loss to the Univ. of Utah their last time out. This will be the second meeting this season between Utah State and the Argos with UP falling in the first match up 5-1.

How to Watch
Puck drop is scheduled for 7:15 p.m. versus Weber State on Nov. 16, 1:30 p.m. versus Utah on Nov. 17, 4:00 p.m. versus Colorado State on Nov. 18, and 2:00 p.m. on Nov. 19 versus Utah State.
