GREAT FALLS, Mont. -- The University of Providence men's wrestling program defeated NJCAA #8 ranked North Idaho College 39-3 Thursday night.

The Argos (3-0) wrestled a pair of redshirt freshman in the opening matches. Dre Coles would fall in the opening match, but at 133 Na'u McBrayer pinned Damian Zazueta to give the Argos a 6-3 lead.

Following McBrayer's third dual victory of the season, UP would have three straight tech fall victories in a row with redshirt freshman Tristan Bremer defeating Gaven Jolley 15-0, redshirt freshman Jalen Vladic winning 17-2, and #14 sophomore Aden Graves taking the 157 match 19-4.

The Argos would not slow down with #4 redshirt sophomore Bridger Hall defeating Connor Larsen 21-7 and #13 redshirt senior Jordan Komac picking up the Argos fifth tech fall victory of the night defeating Logan Massie 17-2.

UP wrapped up the dual versus the Cardinals winning the last three matches by decision. Redshirt senior Alan Badley defeated Chandler Loveless 8-3, #17 junior Liam Swanson beat #4 Bradley Whitright 1-0, and #3 KC Buday defeated TJ Takafua 8-3.

The Argos will be back in action Nov. 19 when they visit Spokane, Wash. for the Spokane Open.
