Box Score GREAT FALLS, Mont. – The University of Providence men's soccer team faced off in conference matchup versus Warner Pacific University Saturday afternoon.
The Argos (4-4) had pressure early on when freshman

Geovanni Lugo's cross, but it was saved by the goalkeeper.
Warner Pacific (5-3) would break through on a loose ball after a corner kick found the back of the net to take the 1-0 lead.
The Knights would extend their lead in the ninth minute off another header that beat the goalkeeper to make it 2-0. The Argos were outshot 10-2 in the first half.
Warner Pacific would score four second half goals to win the match 6-0.

Will Hander stated, "We didn't start the game with the energy we needed. We have a few things to work on this week to get ready for next weekend."
The Argos return to action Friday, Sept. 29 when they visit Corban University. The first touch is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. (MDT) at the Outdoor Athletic Complex in Salem, Ore.
