GREAT FALLS, Mont. -- The University of Providence women's basketball program is set to hit the road for a conference matchup versus #6 Carroll College. Tip-off is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. in the PE Center. Â

The Argos lost to Rocky Mountain College 58-47 in Frontier Conference action. Senior Maddy Dixon led the way for the Argos scoring 21 points and grabbing eight rebounds. Freshman Monique Carter added 12 points in the defeat. Â
Season Leaders Â
Graduate senior Ashlee Maldonado is the Argos leading scorer and assist getter so far this season, averaging 17.5pts and 4.3ast per game. Freshman Keanna Salave'a has the most rebounds with 10.8 per game, and she is also second on the team in points averaging 14.1. Defensively, Maldonado leads the Argos averaging 1.8 steals per game. Â
Carroll CollegeÂ
Carroll College is currently ranked number six in the NAIA polls. The Argos have won three out of the last ten against the Saints with the Argos last win coming on 2/17/2022 in Great Falls, Mont. Carroll is 15-3 so far this season and are coming off a 77-62 win against Montana Western their last time out. Â
