GREAT FALLS, Mont. -- The University of Providence volleyball program travels to Billings, Mont. for the North Star and Frontier Conference Tournament on Oct. 10-12. UP will kick things off versus #2 Jamestown University at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Last Time Out
The Argos picked up a pair of sweeps over Rocky Mountain and Carroll College. UP also swept the Frontier Conference Player of the Week awards for the first time since 2021 and senior Nina Janjic and Bella Thompson both were named NAIA Players of the week for the first time in their careers.
 
Stat Leaders
The Argos lead attacker so far this season has been senior Nina Janjic. Janjic is currently averaging 3.85 kills per set, which leads the Frontier Conference. Thompson is currently leading the conference in total assists with 735 and is currently #1 in the NAIA in assists per set with 11.67. Defensively, sophomore Cabry Taylor is currently #8 in the NAIA in blocks per set with 1.35 and leads the conference in total blocks with 85 while senior Ava Saiers is third in the conference in digs with 358.
 
University of Jamestown
The Jimmies were ranked #2 in the latest NAIA Coaches Poll after starting their season 13-0. The Argos are 1-4 in their history versus Jamestown picking up their lone win in a five-set thriller in 2016 at the McLaughlin Center in Great Falls.
