GREAT FALLS, Mont. – The University of Providence women's basketball team heads to Arizona for matchups with Park University Gilbert on Friday at 5:30 p.m. (MST) and Benedictine University Mesa on Saturday at Noon.
 
Last Time Out
The Argos picked up a pair of victories in their first games at home defeating RV Jamestown 65-56 and RV Master's 84-71. Senior Ashlee Maldonado and sophomore Keanna Salave'a each averaged 20 points per game over the weekend and both earned Frontier Conference Player of the Week awards.
 
Park University Gilbert
The Buccaneers finished the 2023-2024 season 16-13 and fell in the semfinals of the conference tournament. Park University Gilbert is 3-2 so far this season and the Argos are 1-0 in their history versus the Bucs winning the lone matchup 68-48 in 2022.
 
Benedictine University Mesa
The RedHawks finished the 2023-2024 season 15-12 and fell in the first round of the conference tournament. Benedictine University Mesa is 2-0 so far this season and the Argos are 4-0 in their history versus the RedHawks winning the most recent matchup 65-40 in 2021.
