GREAT FALLS, Mont. -- The University of Providence volleyball program hosts MSU-Northern for a conference matchup on Thursday. Game time is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. in the McLaughlin Center.
 
Last Time Out
The Argos picked up wins over #15 Montana Western and Carroll College last week and junior Bella Thompson earned her eighth Frontier Conference Setter of the Week award and senior Ava Saiers was named the NAIA Defender of the Week for the first time in her career.
 
Stat Leaders
The Argos lead attacker so far this season has been senior Nina Janjic. Janjic is currently averaging 3.65 kills per set, which leads the Frontier Conference. Thompson is currently second in the conference in total assists with 1095 and is currently #2 in the NAIA in assists per set with 11.65. Defensively, sophomore Cabry Taylor is currently #8 in the NAIA in blocks per set with 1.33 and leads the conference in total blocks with 125 while senior Ava Saiers is third in the conference in digs per set with 5.70.
 
MSU-Northern
The Skylights are currently fifth in the Frontier Conference and have an overall record 11-14. MSU-Northern has lost their last four matches and the Argos are 2-0 in both meetings so far this season.
