GREAT FALLS, Mont. – The University of Providence men's basketball team heads to Billings, Mont. for the Hampton Inn Green and Gold Classic on Dec. 29-30. The Argos will face Dickinson State on Saturday and Southern Alberta Institute of Technology on Sunday with tip-off for both contests scheduled for 3:30 p.m.
 
Stat Leaders
The Argos leading scorer so far this season has been senior Jamil Bowles who is averaging 17.8 points per game. Bowles is also leading the team in rebounds with 8.5 per game while seniors Mike Wright Jr. and Antoine Boyd Jr. are also averaging double figure scoring with 12.5 and 11.9 per game, respectively. Defensively Boyd Jr. leads the way with 1.9 steals per game and also has the team high in assists with 2.5 per game.
 
Dickinson State
The Blue Hawks are 6-5 so far this season and are coming off an 86-72 victory over Midland University their last time out. The Argos are 6-4 in their last 10 matchups with Dickinson State including their 78-63 victory in their most recent matchup at last year's Green and Gold Classic.
 
Southern Alberta Institute of Technology
The Trojans are 5-4 so far this season and are coming off an 86-67 victory over Concordia University of Edmonton their last time out. This will be the second meeting in program history versus SAIT after facing off in an exhibition at last years Green and Gold Classic.
