SIOUX CITY, Iowa -- The University of Providence volleyball program fell in a one-set tiebreaker versus #5 Bellevue University Friday night.
The Bruins (30-4) scored the first three points of the set, but the Argos (27-7) slowly cut into the lead culminating in a tie at 10. Bellevue would answer with a 9-0 run to take a 19-10 lead, and despite some late pressure from the Argos, UP was unable to close the gap as their postseason run came to an end in the one-set tiebreaker.
