GREAT FALLS, Mont. -- The University of Providence volleyball program travels to Helena, Mont. on Sept. 13 for their Frontier Conference opener. The Argos will face RV Carroll College at 7:00 p.m. in the PE Center.

Last Time Out
The Argos picked up straight set victories over #6 Midland and Grand View at the CSM Labor Day Classic in Omaha, Neb. Junior Bella Thompson picked up her third straight Frontier Conference Setter of the Week award and sophomore Cabry Taylor was named the NAIA Defender of the Week after winning the conference award. UP also moved up eight spots to #15 in the latest NAIA Coaches Poll.  

Stat Leaders
The Argos lead attacker so far this season has been senior Nina Janjic. Janjic has 104 kills so far this season which places her fourth in the Frontier Conference. Thompson is currently leading the conference in total assists with 438 and is currently #1 in the NAIA in assists per set with 11.23. Defensively, Taylor is currently #4 in the NAIA in blocks per set with 1.46 and is ninth in the NAIA in total blocks with 57 while senior Ava Saiers is third in the conference in digs with 218.
 
Carroll College
The Fighting Saints were receiving votes in the lates NAIA Coaches Poll after starting their season 10-1. The Argos have won eight of the last ten matchups with Carroll College including a 3-0 sweep on 10/27/23 in Great Falls last season.
