GREAT FALLS, Mont. – The University of Providence men's basketball team heads to Mesa, Ariz. for a matchup with Benedictine University Mesa on Saturday at 5:30 p.m. (MST). 
 
Last Time Out
The Argos fell to Bushnell University and Simpson University at the Erck Hotels Classic sponsored by Pro-Tech Steel.
 
Stat Leaders
The Argos leading scorer so far this season has been junior Marvel Chambers Jr. who is averaging 11.8 points per game. Sophomore Quinn Swanson is leading the team in rebounds with 6.0 per game and UP has two others averaging near double figure scoring in junior Marcus Lawson with 11 and senior Jakub Lloyd with 9.8. Defensively Chambers Jr. leads the way with 1.5 steals per game.
 
Benedictine University Mesa
The Red Hawks finished last season with a record of 13-15 and did not qualify for the GSAC Conference Tournament. Benedictine University Mesa is 3-0 so far this season and are coming off a 93-68 victory over Nobel University their last time out. The Argos are 3-0 in their history versus the Red Hawks defeating Benedictine University Mesa 84-66 in Great Falls last season.
