GREAT FALLS, Mont. – The University of Providence has announced the hiring of Lance Olson as the interim Head Coach of the Argos men's and women's golf programs.
Olson stated, "I am very excited to start this journey as the new head coach of the University of Providence Golf team! This is an opportunity that I am very much looking forward to and cannot wait to get started. Let's go Argo Nation!
Lance was born and raised in Great Falls and just finished his 13
th year coaching golf at Great Falls High. Lance played golf for the Bison growing up and just finished his 28
th year teaching in the Great Falls School District.
Lance has 25 years of coaching experience ranging from golf, basketball, football, and track and field and Lance and his wife enjoy spending time with their two boys outside hunting and fishing.
