GREAT FALLS, Mont. – The University of Providence women's basketball team head to Havre, Mont. on Tuesday, Jan. 20. Tip-off is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. versus MSU-Northern.
 
Last Time Out
The Argos picked up a huge Frontier Conference victory defeating #18 Rocky Mountain College 71-57. Four Argos reached double-figure scoring with junior Brooke Dial with 18, junior Eliannah Ramirez with 17, and seniors Ainsley Thurber and McKenna Reggear added 13 and 10, respectively.
 
Stat Leaders
The Argos leading scorer so far this season has been junior Brooke Dial who is averaging 13.1 points per game. Dial is also leading the team in rebounds with 6.0 per game and senior Ainsley Thurber is second on the team in rebounds with 5.5 per game and is second in scoring with 9.9 points per game. Defensively, junior Eliannah Ramirez leads the way with 1.6 steals per game and is third in scoring at 9.8 points per game.
 
MSU-Northern
The Skylights were receiving votes in the latest NAIA Coaches Poll after starting their season 12-6. MSU-Northern is 8-5 in Frontier Conference play placing them in fifth and are coming off an 81-74 loss to Rocky Mountain College their last time out. This will be the second meeting this season between the Argos and MSU-Northern with the Skylights taking the first matchup 62-53 in Great Falls.
