GREAT FALLS, Mont. – The University of Providence men's basketball team hits the road for a pair of Frontier Conference matchups. The Argos will face Bismarck State on Friday at 6:00 p.m. (MST) prior to facing Dickinson State on Saturday at 7:00 p.m. (MST).
 
Stat Leaders
The Argos leading scorer so far this season has been junior Marvel Chambers Jr. who is averaging 14.5 points per game. Sophomore Quinn Swanson is leading the team in rebounds with 6.2 per game and UP has four others averaging double figure scoring in junior Marcus Lawson with 11.8, senior Brendan Redhead with 10.9, senior Jakub Lloyd with 10.5, and Swanson with 10.2, points per game. Defensively, Swanson leads the way with 1.5 steals per game.
 
Bismarck State
The Mystics are 1-19 overall and 1-13 in Frontier Conference play placing them in 12th place and are coming off an 86-84 loss to Dickinson State their last time out. This will be the second meeting this season between the Argos and the Mystics with UP taking the first matchup 95-83 in Great Falls.
 
Dickinson State
The Blue Hawks are 6-14 overall and 4-10 in Frontier Conference play placing them in ninth place and are coming off an 86-84 victory over Bismarck State their last time out. This will be the second meeting this season between the Argos and the Blue Hawks with Dickinson State taking the first matchup 77-67 in Great Falls.
