GREAT FALLS, Mont. – The University of Providence women's basketball team hits the road to face #25 Carroll College and #23 Rocky Mountain College. Tip-off is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. on Feb. 13-14.
Stat Leaders
The Argos leading scorer so far this season has been junior
Brooke Dial who is averaging 13.5 points per game. Dial is also leading the team in rebounds with 6.3 per game and senior
Ainsley Thurber is second on the team in rebounds with 5.5 per game and junior
Eliannah Ramirez is second in scoring with 11 points per game. Defensively, Dial leads the way with 1.5 steals per game, and Thurber is third in scoring at 10.9 points per game.
Carroll College
The Fighting Saints are 16-8 overall and 14-4 in Frontier Conference play placing them tied for second place and are coming off a 70-34 loss to #7 Dakota State their last time out. This will be the second meeting this season between the Argos and the Fighting Saints with Carroll College taking the first matchup 52-41 in Great Falls.
Rocky Mountain College
The Battlin' Bears are 16-8 overall and 13-5 in Frontier Conference play placing them in fourth place and are coming off a 77-66 victory over Bellevue University their last time out. This will be the second meeting this season between the Argos and the Battlin' Bears with UP taking the first matchup 71-57 in Great Falls.
