GREAT FALLS, Mont. – The University of Providence men's hockey program heads to Salt Lake City, Utah for the ACHA West Regionals. UP will face #12 Grand Canyon University in the first round on Friday at 1:00 p.m. (MST).

Stat Leaders
Junior Adam Husli is the Argos scoring leader with 24 goals so far this season. Husli is also leading the team in points with 46 and seniors Colby Friedrich and Fabian Vik are second and third with 41 and 35, respectively. Junior Chris Fines and freshman Tucker Bayly and Josh Matthews have taken over in goal combining for 879 saves and allowing 2.9 goals per game.    

ACHA West Regionals
The Argos were ranked #5 in the final ACHA West Rankings and will need to win two games to advance to the ACHA D2 National Championships. 2026 is the first year the ACHA has removed the automatic bid for the top two seeds, so the four teams to win two games at the West Regional will advance to the National Championships.

Boise State
The Broncos were ranked #12 in the final ACHA West Division 2 Poll after finishing their regular season 16-8. Boise State is coming off a loss to Montana State in the MWCHL Playoffs their last time out and this will be the second meeting this season between the Argos and the Broncos with Boise State taking the lone matchup 5-4 in overtime.
