Felix joined the University of Providence staff in June of 2026 after serving as the Elite Academy Coach at the Seattle Celtic Youth Club where he won the league title and made the National Tournament with Seattle Celtic U19. Vu spent time coaching Indian Hills Community College, Ferrum College, and the Midlakes United USL 2 team where they placed fourth.Â
Felix Vu was most recently the Head Men's Soccer Coach at Indian Hills Community College, where he was named Region 11 and Midwest District Coach of the Year after leading the program to a Region and District Championship. Indian Hills finished the season ranked No. 9 in the country at the NJCAA Division I level and broke multiple school records en route to the National Tournament. Recruiting a squad that consisted of 29 newcomers out of 35, three were named All-Americans, six earned First Team All-Conference honors, and four advanced to NCAA Division I programs.
Felix's experience includes Head Men's Coaching stop at Ferrum College (NCAA Division III). There, he led the program to their first-ever winning season in conference which still stands, setting a record for most shutouts and best GAA in ODAC history. He also was the Head Men's Soccer Coach at Wenatchee Valley College, where he led the program to an 8-8-1 record despite having only four returning players.
Vu's playing experience consists of a collegiate career at Alderson Broaddus University (NCAA Division II) between 2013-2016, where they won the Conference Championship in 2016. He has also played in the UPSL for FC Cardinals and PASL for the Springfield Demize. He also spent time in Australia in the state leagues.
Felix is a UEFA B Licensed Coach with 10+ years of experience coaching diverse groups of individuals at the academy and college levels across the US and abroad. Felix is passionate about player development, tactical periodization and fostering high performance cultures.
