Stephanie McDonagh

McDonagh joined the Argo coaching staff in Dec. 2020. She is a graduate of the program, having played under Bill from 2014-18. By the end of her career (in which she started every game), she finished second in program history in career points with 1,758, second in career rebounds 758, second in career assists with 346, first in career steals 273, and most steals in a game with ten. She started every single game during her career.

McDonagh was a member of the first Argo team to qualify for the NAIA National Tournament as a freshman. In her second season, she was named Honorable Mention All-Conference. As a junior, she was named NAIA Honorable Mention All-American, Frontier Conference Defensive Player of the Year and 2nd Team All-Conference. In her final season as an Argo, she was named a NAIA 2nd Team All-American, WBCA Honorable Mention All-American, Frontier Conference Defensive Player of the Year, and First Team All-Conference.

McDonagh was also steller in the classroom. She was a NAIA Academic All-American from 2016-18, and was Academic All-Conference all four years. She graduated in 2018 from UP with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Stephanie attended Skyview High School in Vancouver Washington where she won the WA Class 4A state title 2012.Â
