University of Providence Athletics

Brad Beffert joined the University of Providence as the head athletic trainer in October of 2001 after graduating from South Dakota State University in Brookings, S.D. in with a B.S. in athletic training.

Brad also worked for Mountain View Physical Therapy in Great Falls for three-and-a-half years. At UP, Brad is responsible for the prevention, evaluation, treatment, and care of all athletic injuries suffered while participating in athletics for the Argos. He is also in charge of the secondary insurance when claims need to be filed.

Beffert has developed the sports medicine department including fitness center updates, as well as the addition of three full-time Athletic Training assistants and two strength and conditioning professionals.
