GREAT FALLS, Mont. – The University of Providence men's basketball team announced on Wednesday that Eli Saltenberger will join the program.
Saltenberger is a 6'3 guard from Anaconda High School in Anaconda, Mont., where he played basketball, football and golf for the Copperheads. He was named 1
st Team All-Conference as a junior, averaging 16.3 points, 5.0 rebounds, 4.1 assists and 2.1 steals per game while shooting 59% from the field and 38% from beyond the arc.
"We are excited to add Eli to the Argo basketball team," head coach
Steve Keller said. "Eli is a very athletic and can shoot the three. We feel like his best basketball years are ahead of him."
Saltenberger plans to study exercise science at Providence.
