GREAT FALLS, Mont. – The University of Providence men's basketball team announced on Monday that Josiah Lehmann will join the program.
Lehmann, a 6'1 guard from Foothills Community Christian School in Great Falls, played basketball, soccer and golf in high school. As a hooper, he averaged 19 points, four rebounds, three assists and two steals a game. He was named the team's MVP and was named All-Conference as a senior.
"We are excited to add Josiah to our Providence basketball program," head coach
Steve Keller said. "Josiah is a very good three-point shooter and has been well coached by Reece Gliko, the all-time leading scorer in Montana high school history. We look forward to watching his progress."
Lehmann, who was a scholar athlete in high school, plans to study business at Providence.
