GREAT FALLS, Mont. – The University of Providence women's wrestling program won all 10 matches to defeat Dickinson State 44-3 Sunday.

The Argos started strong with #1 junior Erin Hikiji defeating Jennifer Verdin by tech fall in thirty seconds. #4 sophomore Paige Morales followed with a first-round pin over #16 Jenna Gerhardt to put UP in front 9-0.

#16 Isabelle Asuncion made it three in a row for UP defeating #20 Miranda Dibendetto 4-2, and #8 Alicia Frank followed with a pin of Makayla Jardine in 55 seconds.

With the Argos leading 17-1, #4 Alyssa Randles defeated Jumoke Adekoye 6-2, and senior Paige Respicio defeated Jessica Gubler by tech fall 11-1.

The Argos won via pin the final three matches with #2 Waipuilani Estrella-Beauchamp winning in 49 seconds, #11 Kacey Lee Pua in 1:13, and sophomore Frances Porteous in 1:24.

The Argos will be back in action Sunday, Nov. 24 for the Spokane Invite. Wrestlers will begin at 9:00 a.m. and compete throughout the day.
