GREAT FALLS, Mont. -- The University of Providence men's basketball program heads to Butte for a conference matchup versus Montana Tech Thursday night. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at the Kelvin Sampson Court.   

Last Time Out 

The Argos won a tight conference matchup against Montana State Northern 61-59. Senior Davien Harris-Williams led the way for the Argos, scoring 24 points and grabbing five rebounds. Senior Jaylin Reed added a double-double, scoring 14 points and grabbing 13 rebounds in the victory. 

Season Leaders 

Harris-Williams is the Argos leading scorer and assist getter thus far, averaging 15.9pts and 4.1ast per game. Defensively, senior Jake Olsen leads the way with 7.5 rebounds a game while Harris-Williams averages 1.0 steals per game.  

Montana Tech 

The Orediggers are currently ranked #11 in the latest NAIA poll. The Argos have won four out of their last ten matchups versus Tech, with their last win coming on 1/20/2024 in Great Falls. Montana Tech is 18-4 so far this season and are coming off an 81-63 win against Montana Western.

The Argos will take on the Orediggers in Butte, Mont. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at the Kelvin Sampson Court.
