GREAT FALLS, Mont. – The University of Providence women's wrestling program fell to #4 Southern Oregon Friday night.

The Argos won the first two matches of the night with #1 Erin Hikiji defeating Karly Scott 11-0 and #7 Paige Morales defeating #16 Liv Villanueva 10-0.

UP would lose the next three matches but at 136 #11 Paige Respicio put the Argos ahead 13-12 after defeating Madie Bandel-Ramirez 10-0.

#4 Waipuilani Estrella-Beauchamp and #5 Sadie Antoque also picked up TF defeating both Candice Corralejo and #16 Quilaztli Miguel-Lapham 11-0.

Southern Oregon would win the final two matches to tie the dual at 21 and due to criteria, the Raiders came away with the dual victory.

Argos will be back in action Feb. 25 for the Cascade Collegiate Conference tournament in Atherton, Calif.
