GREAT FALLS, Mont. – After leading the Argos to a Frontier Conference championship,
Ashlee Maldonado has been named a WBCA honorable mention All-American.
Maldonado is from Sunnyside, Wash. and was named first-team all-conference, newcomer of the year, and the defensive player of the year in the Frontier Conference. In the 2023-2024 season Ashlee averaged 17.8 points, 4.7 assists, and 1.9 steals per game.
Ashlee has already scored the fourth-most points and has the sixth-most assists in a single season in Argo Athletics history. Maldonado is the 8
th Argo to be named All-American in program history joining Judy Van Atta Adams (1983-1984),
Lindsey Abramson (2013-2015),
Erin Legel (2013-2016),
Nneka Nnadi (2015-2016),
Stephanie McDonagh (2016-2018),
Parker Esary (2017-2022), and
Emilee Maldonado (2018-2022).
