GREAT FALLS, Mont. – The University of Providence men's basketball team heads to Billings to face Rocky Mountain College on Thursday, Jan. 23.  Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. in the Fortin Education Center.

 Last Time Out
The Argos went 1-1 on the week defeating MSU-Northern 91-71 before falling to #11 Montana Tech 81-56. Senior Mike Wright Jr. led the way for UP with 24 points versus the Northern Lights. 

Stat Leaders
The Argos leading scorer so far this season has been senior Jamil Bowles who is averaging 15.4 points per game. Bowles is also leading the team in rebounds with 8.3 per game. UP has two others averaging double figure scoring in senior Mike Wright Jr. with 13 and senior Antoine Boyd Jr. with 12. Defensively Boyd Jr. leads the way with 1.8 steals per game and is tied with Bowles for the team high in assists with 2.2 per game.

 Rocky Mountain
The Battlin' Bears were ranked #19 in the latest NAIA coaches poll and are coming off a 79-68 victory over Montana Western their last time out. The Argos are 4-6 in their last 10 contests against Rocky Mountain including a 75-71 loss in the most recent matchup on 1/09/25 in Great Falls.
