GREAT FALLS, Mont. -- The University of Providence men's soccer
program fell to Carroll College 1-0 Thursday afternoon.

Carroll continued their momentum when in the 23
rd minute sophomore Felix Billard was fouled in the box by the Argos (3-8-2) goalkeeper, and he buried his penalty shot to put the Fighting Saints ahead 1-0.
The Fighting Saints added a pair of shots on frame the rest of the first half, and despite a late attempt from junior
Liam Vaux, the Argos went into the break trailing 1-0.
With the Argos playing a man down for the final 45 minutes, Carroll controlled the rest of the game with a pair of chances, but neither side could find the back of the net as UP fell to the Fighting Saints 1-0.
The Argos will be back in action Saturday, Oct. 18 when they host Rocky Mountain College for senior day. The first touch is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. (MST) in Great Falls, Mont. Â Â Â
