HAVRE, Mont. – The University of Providence men's wrestling program dominated #25 MSU-Northern 42-4 Wednesday night.

In the opening match of the day the Argos started strong with freshman Boden Banta picking up a major decision victory over Tobey Forman 11-0.

The Argos continued their momentum winning the next four matches behind a pair of pins from sophomore Blake Woolsey in 4:34 and #1 Pig Hobbs in 1:03. Junior Tristan Bremer defeated Caleb Morales 11-4 and #25 Cade White picked up a major decision victory over Keegan Hanson 15-3.

Following a loss at 165, the Argos rattled off four wins in a row including a forfeit at 197 with junior Brady Ellison pinning Diego Manzo in 1:35, #3 Sawyer Hobbs defeated Cade Gubler 12-0, and #12 Ethan DeRoche secured a late takedown over #13 Shane Mattson to secure the 42-4 dual victory over #25 MSU-Northern.

The Argos will be back in action on Saturday, Nov. 15 when they head to Des Moines, Iowa. Wrestlers will begin at 8:00 a.m. (MST) in the Grand View Open.
