Argos Host Battle of the Rockies Saturday

GREAT FALLS, Mont. – The University of Providence women's wrestling program hosts the Battle of the Rockies on Saturday, Nov. 8 in Great Falls Mont. Wrestlers will begin at 9:00 a.m. (MST) at CMR High School.
 
2025-2026
The Argos return four All-Americans and a few top recruits after finishing in 6th place at the 2025 NAIA National Championships. Defending 103 National Champion Erin Hikiji, 138 NAIA National Runner-Up Waipuilani Estrella-Beauchamp, and juniors Paige Morales and Alyssa Randles join freshman recruits Joely Slyter, Elise Twait, Taydem Uyemura, Tiara Majer, and Megan Morales.

The Argos were ranked #4 in the latest NAIA Top 20 poll with 12 individual wrestlers ranked in the top 20 of their respective weight classes in #1 Erin Hikiji (103), #1 Paige Morales (110), #4 Waipuilani Estrella-Beauchamp (131), #7 Alyssa Randles (124), #7 Esther Han (138), #9 Kailey Rees (138), #11 Kayla Shota (110), #11 Hailey Sutton (160), #12 Isabelle Asuncion (117), #14 Aspen Dodge (160), #14 Alicia Frank (131), and #17 Isa Bocanegra (103).
 
Battle of the Rockies
The Argos welcome #5 Indiana Tech, #14 Southern Oregon, #19 Dickinson State, University of Alberta, and Bismarck State among others on Saturday at CMR High School.
 
Between the competing teams there will be 32 wrestlers ranked within the top 20 of the NAIA competing including returning 103 National Champion #1 Erin Hikiji of Providence, returning 131 National Champion #1 Jumoke Adekoye of Dickinson State, #1 Paige Morales of Providence at 110, #1 Riley Dempewolf of Indiana Tech at 207, #3 Makala Young of Indiana Tech at 103, #3 Lillian Gradillas-Flores of Southern Oregon at 180, #3 Kathryn Hingano of Southern Oregon at 207, #4 Rose Kaplan of Indiana Tech at 124, #4 Waipuilani Estrella-Beauchamp of Providence at 131, #4 Hayden Newberg of Indiana Tech at 145, #7 Alyssa Randles of Providence at 124, and #7 Larhae Whaley of Dickinson State at 117.
