GREAT FALLS, Mont. – The University of Providence women's wrestling team heads to La Grande, Ore. for the Mountaineer Open on Sunday, Feb. 1.
 
Last Time Out
The Argos saw #11 Isa Bocanegra, #12 Hailey Sutton, and #17 Kayla Shota place third at the Warrior Open while senior Kailey Rees placed fifth, freshman Megan Morales in sixth, and seniors Ty Takamori, Kacey Lee Pua, junior Angelina Doral, and freshman Mckenzie Mills in seventh.
 
Rankings
The Argos were ranked #4 in the latest NAIA Top 20 poll and have 12 individual wrestlers ranked in the top 20 of their respective weight classes in #1 Erin Hikiji (103), #2 Waipuilani Estrella-Beauchamp (131), #2 Paige Morales (110), #5 Esther Han (138), #5 Aspen Dodge (160), #6 Alyssa Randles (124), #7 Elise Twait, #9 Joely Slyter (117), #10 Kassidy Sigda (180), #11 Isa Bocanegra (103), #12 Hailey Sutton (160), and #17 Kayla Shota (110).
 
Mountaineer Open
The Mountaineer Open hosted by Eastern Oregon takes place on Feb. 1 beginning at 10:00 a.m. This will be the first time in program history the Argos have competed at the Mountaineer Open in La Grande, Ore.
