GREAT FALLS, Mont. - It will be a top 10 clash Friday in Oregon as No. 8 Providence wrestles at tenth-ranked Eastern Oregon in La Grande. The Argos step back onto the mats for the first time since going 3-1 last month at the Southeastern University Duals in Florida.

Scouting the Mounties: Eastern Oregon is ranked 10th in the latest NAIA (National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics) Top 20 Coaches Poll. Individually, the Mounties Hunter Sparks is ranked 13th and Zach Mauras is ranked 19th at 133-lb. Other EOU wrestlers ranked:  

141-lb. - 23rd Braden Carson 

174-lb. - 10th Keegan Mulhill 

184-lb. - 4th Kyle Knudtson 

197-lb. - 5th Marco Retano 

197-lb. - 6th Jay Smith 

285-lb. - 4th Noel Orozco 

KC and the Sunshine Band: KC Buday continues to lead the way for the Argos. The returning All-American is ranked 2nd in the NAIA at 285-lb., and is joined in the upper division by Ethan DeRoche who is ranked 23rd. Liam Swanson sits #13 at 197-lb., Sawyer Hobbs and Alan Badley are ranked 11th and 22nd respectively at 184-lb. At 174-lb., Abel Nava is ranked 8th, Hayden Schrull is 24th. Jordan Komac is up to No. 6 at 165-lb., with Bridger Hall 25th. Aden Graves holds down the No. 13 spot at 157-lb., and Joel Avila ranks No. 9 at 133-lb.
