Could not be prouder of Bella and her progression as the setter and one of the leaders of this squad.

We know that the contributions of each and every one of our players is essential to our teams success and these ladies led the way all season long."
Sacha Simmons earned her first Regional Assistant Coach of the Year award after earning her second Frontier Conference Assistant Coach of the Year Award in 2024. Sacha was an All-American for the Argos and is the all-time record holder for digs and digs per set. Simmons stated, "I am really honored, I love my job, and I love the fact that I get to work with such an amazing group of young women and help them with their volleyball career. Playing as an Argo was the best experience of my life, and I am just grateful that I get to help others in having the same experience. Coach Duda has been such an amazing role model and mentor for the past few years, I feel lucky to have this opportunity and I would not have gotten this award without his leadership.
Duda stated, "I am so grateful that others were able to see the constant hard work and effort that Sacha puts in on a daily basis and how much she means to this program. As a player she led the way on the court and now as a coach she has found a way to do the same from the sidelines. She is an unbelievable role model for our players and her work ethic and passion are easy for them to follow. She is truly one of the best that I have worked with and has helped us get back to national prominence."
