GREAT FALLS, Mont. – The University of Providence men's basketball team heads to Butte to face #15 Montana Tech on Saturday, Feb. 22. Tip-off is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. on Kelvin Sampson Court.

The Argos defeated MSU-Northern 73-60 Thursday night in Havre to clinch a top two seed in the Frontier Conference Tournament. UP remains tied at 9-5 for first place of the Frontier Conference with #15 Montana Tech.

Montana Tech
The Orediggers are 21-6 so far this season and are coming off a convincing 80-61 victory over Montana Western in their latest contest. Montana Tech has won three of the last five meetings against UP with the Argos winning the most recent matchup 77-67 on Feb. 6. With both teams entering with a 9-5 conference record, the stage is set Saturday night for a winner take all matchup to decide who will be the regular season Frontier Conference Champions.Â
