GREAT FALLS, Mont. – The University of Providence track and field teams travel to Marion, Ind. for the NAIA Outdoor Track and Field National Championships on May 21-23 at Wildcat Stadium.

The Argos had two athletes crowned champions at the Frontier Conference Championships in Helena, Mont. Freshman
Lauren Cima won both the Shot Put and Hammer Throw, and senior
Tatiana Martinez won her third conference title in the Discus.
NAIA Championships
The Argos had five athletes who qualified for the NAIA Outdoor National Championships in senior
Tatiana Martinez, juniors
Shelbey Klein and
Travis Zavala, and freshman
Lauren Cima and
Havyn Vandenacre. Cima is the first freshman in program history to qualify for the shot put, discus, and the hammer throw at the NAIA National Championships and Martinez will be eyeing her third career All-American status in the discus after placing third as a freshman and sixth as a junior.
