GREAT FALLS, Mont. – University of Providence head softball coach Joey Egan announced the addition of Alivia Atlee on Tuesday.

Atlee, a native of Kalispell, Montana, joins the Argos following her four-year tri-sport career at Glacier High School. She was a four-year letterman in softball, while also competing in and earning a pair of letters in both volleyball and basketball. On the diamond, Atlee was named First Team All-State and All-State Honorable Mention for third base. As a member of the Wolfpack, Atlee was a 2015 state champion during her freshman season and finished 2016 state runner-up the following year. As a senior, Atlee served as a team captain on both her softball and volleyball teams. During her senior softball season, she produced both offensively and defensively as she batted an incredible .484 with an on-base percentage of .562, while also earning a .919 fielding percentage on the season.
She was a four-time Academic All-State honoree for volleyball and basketball and was also a member of the national honor society during her junior and senior years.

Atlee was also heavily involved in her community, volunteering for the Wolfpack Youth Softball Clinic, served as a volunteer referee for the Special Olympics basketball tournament at Glacier High School, helped out at the veterans' food pantry and second helpings pantry, and assisted with the Glacier High School cross country meets.

"Alivia will be a great addition to our team athletically and academically," expressed coach Egan. "She is a great hitter and solid at third base."
