Argo Softball Signs Helena Capital's Bury

GREAT FALLS, Mont. – Argo softball inks another Treasure State talent with Helena Capital's Sarah Bury, announced by head coach Joey Egan on Thursday.

Bury, a native of Helena, Montana, was a two-year letterman and All-State designated player and catcher at Capital High School. As a Bruin, Bury was named Second Team All-State as a designated player her junior year, before earning First Team All-Conference and First Team All-State at catcher during her senior season. She also competed with at the club level with Xplosion for three years and with the Silver Storm one year.

In her own time, Bury was very active in her community helping teach special needs at AWANA's program, partnering with a special needs fifth grader to participate in his P.E. class, and working as an assistant coach with a little league softball team.

"We are so excited to have Sarah on our team," expressed coach Egan. "She had a powerful bat and can play multiple positions that will give our team more depth."
