GREAT FALLS, Mont. – Following a
successful weekend in South Dakota, the University of Providence track and field team will travel to Montana State on Friday.
The Open will be a small meet – only Montana State, Carroll and Rocky Mountain will compete against Providence. The small meet gives the team an opportunity to improve upon a hot start to the season.
"I think we're on our way up," assistant coach
Alan Cress said. "I think we have plenty of room left for improvements. Nobody is close to maxing out their abilities on the season yet. That's a huge positive. Everybody across the board is in a good position."
The one-day meet will begin in Bozeman at 4 p.m.
