BOZEMAN, Mont. - Braden Bain and Cooper Page each scored two goals, Liam Carvalho also found the net and the University of Providence hockey team rolled over Montana State 5-2 Thursday night in Bozeman.  

After falling behind 1-0 less than three minutes into the first period, Bain evened the score at 1-all with a goal at 12:03 with Will Wright and Charles Lupelow each with the assist. In the second period, Bain would give the Argos the lead over the M3 Bobcats of the ACHA midway through the stanza with assists going to Ty Alger and Jake Stephenson. Page would net the eventual game winner just over a minute later with Carvalho credited with the helper.  

Carvalho would get his goal at 8:33 of the final period as Stephenson and Lupelow assisted before Page scored his second of the night just 53 seconds later slipping it past the MSU goalie on the pass from Bain.  

Providence improved to 2-1 on the short season and will hit the home ice Saturday, Feb. 18 hosting the same MSU team at the Great Falls Ice Plex. Doors will open at 8 p.m. with the puck dropping at 8:30 p.m.
