GREAT FALLS, Mont. - As Motley Crue sang back in 1985, "Home Sweet Home." That is the feeling the University of Providence has this week as the Argos prepare for the first true home games of the season. Weather has forced the Argos to play host to two Cascade Collegiate Conference series on the road, one in Caldwell, Idaho and the other at Missoula. Thursday and Friday the Argos will host Warner Pacific University at the Multi-Sports Complex.

ON THE ARGOS: After traveling to Caldwell, Idaho for a three-game set last week, the Argos are anxious to play on the home dirt...Macy Mangold (Jr., Lewistown, Mont.) has continued to have a consistent performance at the plate, hitting .323 to lead the team and has nine RBI to go along with two home runs. Mangold also has played a stellar first base this season with a fielding percentage of .992 with just one error...Taylor Mathews (Sr., Helena, Mont.) has a team-high 12 RBI while hitting .319 overall. Mathews is tied for the team lead with Karlie David (Sr., Bay City, Mich.) with eight doubles...David is hitting .288 and has driven in 10...Carter Thornton (Sr., Downey, Idaho) has six complete games while pitching to an ERA of 8.42 in 57.1 innings with a record of 1-9...Jaden Williams (Sr., Sandy, Utah) has an ERA of 10.50 in 11 games, making eight starts.
